PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) recorded marketing sales of IDR 600 billion in semester I-2023. This number is down 45.45% compared to the same period in 2022 of IDR 1.1 trillion. Agung Podomoro Land Marketing Director Agung Wirajaya said, target marketing sales APLN’s target in 2023 is IDR 2 trillion and it can still be pursued until the end of the year. “We are still optimistic about achieving the target with various marketing programs. “In particular, our collaboration with national banks in special financing programs,” said Agung when contacted by Kontan, Monday (31/07). Land, Spatial Planning Policies Contributes to Defense Capability: AHY lolita, 11/09/2024 TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning Minister/head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), has emphasized that land and spatial planning policies have contributed to building a capable defense system. “Land, spatial planning, and defense are mutually sustainable elements, including in efforts to improve the welfare of the Indonesian people,” he said, according to a statement released by the ministry on Saturday. He delivered the remarks at the launch of the Indo-Pacific Strategic Intelligence (IPSI) think tank. According to him, the ATR Ministry/BPN, through its policies, and other sectors, such as defense, have a collective role in maintaining the sovereignty and security of Indonesian territories. “We must strengthen the location of defense infrastructure, military posts, border areas, and the Nusantara capital city. We have to monitor the thousand kilometers of border areas. We want to work together with friendly countries so that they both respect each other’s border areas ,” he said.
