Agung Podomoro Land (APLN) is optimistic that the marketing sales target of IDR 2 trillion will be achieved

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) recorded marketing sales of IDR 600 billion in semester I-2023. This number is down 45.45% compared to the same period in 2022 of IDR 1.1 trillion.

Agung Podomoro Land Marketing Director Agung Wirajaya said, target marketing sales APLN’s target in 2023 is IDR 2 trillion and it can still be pursued until the end of the year.

“We are still optimistic about achieving the target with various marketing programs. “In particular, our collaboration with national banks in special financing programs,” said Agung when contacted by Kontan, Monday (31/07).

Agung Podomoro added that he also continues to strive to encourage business strengthening through a number of initiatives.

This includes maximizing sales of property projects in areas with high consumer purchasing power. For example, in Bandung through the Podomoro Park Bandung project and in Medan with the Podomoro City Deli apartment project.

Meanwhile, the Podomoro Tenjo City project, said Agung, has succeeded in becoming a new magnet for middle class property consumers in the Bogor and Tangerang areas.

APLN also boosted the prestige of the East Jakarta area through a premium property project, namely Bukit Podomoro Jakarta.

In addition, to increase income, APLN will soon inaugurate their newest housing project entitled Parkland Podomoro Karawang in August 2023.

Parkland Podomoro Karawang, said Agung, carries the concept of a resort in the middle of the city. He also added that the project had already been introduced to the public, to be precise at the beginning of June, just the inauguration was left.

The reason for choosing the Karawang area as the location for APLN’s new business expansion is because Karawang has become one of the new economic centers of West Java.

Judging from the large growth in foreign investment and the construction of new factories, the population in the area continues to increase. And with population growth, the need for housing will automatically continue to increase.
