Toyota Launches Three-Door Land Cruiser 70 Series

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Toyota introduces a refreshed version of the Land Cruiser 70 Series. The update still maintains the retro style by adding modern technology to increase consumer appeal.

Quoted from Carscoops, Wednesday (29/11/2023), a new three-door option is available for the United Arab Emirates market which is equipped with a V6 engine. Not only is it equipped with a three-door option, this iconic SUV from Toyota also has a five-door option and a single cabin pickup model.

This three-door variant certainly has appeal for off-road lovers, thanks to its compact size. At 4,235 mm long, the three-door model is 640 mm shorter than the five-door model. This makes its dimensions slightly longer than the Toyota Yaris Cross.

On the fascia, the appearance of the lights and grill are made more modern. Apart from that, the bumper also has chrome accents added so that the visuals become more attractive.

The legs are equipped with 16 inch rims wrapped in high profile rubber tires. Meanwhile at the stern, the rear light design is similar to the 2024 Land Cruiser facelift which was launched recently.

Entering the interior, it is equipped with Nubuck seats covered in synthetic leather. On the dashboard is a 9-inch infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto wireless connectivity, and a 2-speaker audio setup.

Safety equipment has been enhanced with several Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), including Lane Departure Assist and Pre-Collision System, although there are only two front airbags.

In the United Arab Emirates, the 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser 70 Series Hardtop 3-Door is available in one trim, starting from 169,900 AED or the equivalent of IDR 713 million.
