75 per cent of homes at St Asaph’s Maes yr Haul sold lolita, 12/08/2025 Castle Green Homes began work on site at Maes yr Haul on Upper Denbigh Road in the summer of 2022. Homes were initially released for sale off plan and the first residents began moving in the following spring. The homebuilder expects work to continue at the site for another 12 months. Sian Pitt, sales director, said: “It’s almost a year since we welcomed the first residents to Maes yr Haul and around half of the 130 private sale properties are now occupied. “At the start of 2024 we’d sold more than 80 homes and we’ve achieved a steady sales rate during the year to date. “We’ve now sold a total of 95 properties here – that’s almost three quarters of the development.
