Construction Awards and Residential Deliveries Drive Growth
Emaar’s construction activity played a significant role in its performance, with the group awarding 23 main works contracts valued at US$3.7 billion and 43 infrastructure contracts worth US$1.2 billion. These contracts support ongoing residential communities and associated development works.
The company handed over more than 4,800 residential units in the UAE during the period, with over 80% of its active UAE projects ahead of schedule. Emaar also launched 14 new projects across its master-planned communities, including residential offerings at Dubai Creek Harbour, The Valley, and Heights Country Club & Wellness.
Emaar Development Leads UAE Residential Operations

UAE property sales reached US$7.1 billion, while consolidated revenue from Emaar’s UAE development operations rose 18% to US$7.7 billion.
The group’s UAE development revenue backlog stood at US$34.6 billion, reflecting property sales that will be recognized as revenue in future periods. Emaar’s land bank covers approximately 604 million sq ft, including 315 million sq ft within the UAE, supporting its long-term development pipeline.
Diversified Revenue Streams and Future Growth
Emaar’s shopping malls, hospitality, leisure, entertainment, and commercial leasing operations generated US$2.1 billion in recurring revenue, contributing 30% of group EBITDA. This diversification provides a stable earnings base alongside property development revenue.
The company’s US$54.5 billion masterplan is expected to expand its long-term development pipeline in Dubai. Emaar founder Mohamed Alabbar emphasized the company’s focus on delivering quality and maintaining trust with customers, stating, “A home purchase is a significant commitment, and our responsibility continues long after the sale.”
Emaar’s board approved a one-time special dividend of US$1.2 billion, in addition to its regular annual dividend. The company plans to align new project launches and investment decisions with market conditions while prioritizing construction delivery and residential handovers.
