Caring about the environment, Paramount Land helps local residents with equipment

Tangerang (ANTARA) – To give appreciation to local residents, Paramount Land, through its corporate social responsibility (CSR) program, has provided equipment in the form of grass cutting machines and fogging machines.

“This activity is part of the commemoration of the Republic of Indonesia’s 78th anniversary. We give our appreciation to the residents around Paramount Petals and Gading Serpong, Tangerang Regency,” said Lucas Maringka, Senior Vice President of Paramount Land in a written statement, Wednesday.

This program, Lucas explained, is a form of Paramount Land’s concern for environmental cleanliness and public health.

Aid was handed over to several locations around Paramount Gading Serpong, namely Kelapa Dua Village, West Pakulonan Village, Curug Sangereng Village, Cihuni Village, Medang Village, Cijantra Village, and Arhanud Battalion 1/Purwa Bajra Cakti.

Aid was also handed over to several locations around Paramount Petals, namely Cukanggalih Village and Kadu Village. A total of 10 fogging tools and 13 grass cutting machines were distributed to the village or sub-district government for use by local residents.

Lucas, who oversees the CCDS (Customer Care & Delivery Services) and Paramount Estate Management divisions, explained that every resident is obliged to properly maintain the cleanliness and health of their environment.

As a form of environmental concern, through one of the CSR pillars, Paramount Land carried out a number of activities, such as recently handing over assistance with grass cutting machines and fogging tools to village representatives in the Gading Serpong and Paramount Petals areas.

“We hope that this equipment can be well maintained and will be beneficial for the cleanliness, beauty and health of the community’s environment,” said Lucas.

Residents, through village representatives, expressed their gratitude for the help of lawn mowers and fogging tools which can be used to clean up wild grass around residents’ neighborhoods and also maintain the cleanliness and health of the environment.

Paramount Land also supports the implementation of various Indonesian Independence events from sub-districts to RT/RW through providing financial assistance. This is aimed at fostering togetherness as well as enlivening the 78th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia.

Last July 2023, Paramount Land also held a Mini MCU program by providing general health checks to a total of 300 students at SDN Kelapa Dua III (25 July) and SDN Sukabakti Curug (27 July), which included physical examinations of children (TB checks, BB, eyes, mouth, teeth, skin) and administration of vitamins.

This program in collaboration with Bethsaida Hospital and Bethsaida Clinic is a routine CSR program carried out by Paramount Land as a form of concern for the community, especially students in the Paramount Land and Paramount Petals environment.
